I really wanted to like this food truck, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed a simple order, and it was made incorrectly. When I kindly pointed it out, I was met with resistance and an unwillingness to fix it. Mistakes happen — I get that — but good customer service is about how you handle those mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the staff made me feel like I was the problem.
