We thought we made a reservation for their rage room but it turns out we only made a $30 deposit and no reservation. The reservation was a separate thing. We showed up and nobody was there and would not be there for over an hour. They kept our money anyway! We understand a non refundable deposit if you don't show up for your appointment, but their system is set up so you can make a deposit and no reservation. It's a very shady business practice that they will take your money without a reservation & wont give it back! We called outside of their locked doors (during supposedly open hours) and explained the situation but were still told we could not get the money back.
