First time going, first they tell us they do not have change for $20, okay cool but don’t say it pissed off. Lucky a gentleman came and gave them change so we asked her if she could make a raspa for my mom with extra chamoy and if we like it we will order three more if not we will still get something else. When the raspa was handed over my mom asked the question ff extra chamoy was added and the lady said no, even though my mom asked the boy to add extra. He played it like he did not hear anything. (Next time write it down) Raspa was not good so we did not get three extra, BUT I said I was going to get something else. The lady was annoyed and she was about to grab my $10 and had the change ready to give to me for the raspa. I told her I was not done ordering & I heard her say a rude comment to the boy & that pissed me off even more and I told her never mind here is the 10 give me my change. She threw the money and closes the window on us.

Very disappointed with the experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the advertisement did not reflect what was actually offered. I’ve visited many raspa stands, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst in terms of service. I would not recommend it to others.

HORRIBLE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I waited in line for over an hour, only for the gentleman helping people to suddenly tell the person at the window that they would be the last one he would attend. He didn’t even have the decency to step out and inform the rest of us that he was done for the day. There were still about 15 people waiting! Completely unacceptable. No communication, no consideration. NEVER AGAIN.

Ok i went here monday evening to try the chamoyada and it was great, tried taking my husband tues stood in a very long line just to be told half way through they were out of chamoyada very disappointing,if its your top seller and you see the business is being hit why not be prepared? The hours of operation say it opens at 12 30 pm so i was there waiting in my vehicle the lady and young man get there to open place at about 12 20 just to tell us the people waiting for them to open that they have no corn or chamoyadas until an hour? How is this ok? Why not get there early to get the establishment up and going for a productive day full of sucess so you have product to sell by the time the place opens as it says. Its like if you go to burger king or any other place and it says they open at 6 obviously employees get there to prep so by 6 you can start serving. Make this make sense people are making the drive over here to have some good chamoyadas so please be prepared and make things better

These are the best chamoyadas in the RGV, hands down.

This little snack shack was easy to find in the parking lot. There was no line when we went at opening time. The chamoyada 3x was sweet and delicious. They were out of strawberries and the corn wasn't made yet, so that was a little disappointing, but the snacks we did get were amazing!

The staff is a little dry, but not rude. They attended us quickly and got our food out correctly. No complaints except maybe clean the window sill. It's not appealing.

The original chamoyadas from Mexico! I used to go get them when I was little and I’m so happy they are here in McAllen! Brought back childhood memories 🥰 they are delicious! And topped with homemade chamoy!
My daughter had the blue coconut 🥥 and it was delicious 😋 didn’t taste like medicine like others do 😣😂

Just purchase an elote as I was craving one so bad and it tasted so nasty. Save a echado a perder. Try calling the business to let them know so they can check it and be aware for other customer but no number available. Aside from that the chamoyada triple from there is delicious, but the corn did taste so bad it stay on my mouth the nasty taste.

When we just started coming to this place they gave well-made chamoyadas with enough chamoy and now that we have been coming for about 8 months now they no longer have enough chamoy in the bottom, I don't know if they are the new workers who do that but please pay more attention to that. Thank you.
