I was there many times and they have simple good food you can visit for breakfast lunch and dinner and they'rein reasonableprice. Nice modern atmosphere. The first time I went there everything was perfect, lovely employees delicious food. the second time I went there in the evening, I took this picture of very filty floor and I didn't think I'll post this. I wanted to know if they will come out to clean it or not. I was there for the whole 1 hour but no one came out to clean the floor. There were not many customer in that hour. The employees should often come out to check the floor. The third time I went there was yesterday. I didn't dress up nice and I was there with my daughter. I may looked like a homeless or so. But I don't think I need to dress pretty to just have a breakfast with my daughter in my neighborhood. The thing is that all of the employees are not so happy to work. Faces and voices are not welcoming except one white girl in the kitchen. I saw a girl who works there was a sweet employees. She has short colored hair with tattoo, but please cover hickeys on your neck girl. I'll pray for you guys who are not happy with their job there. I hope you're day is better.

Never ordering from this location again. The photos on the menu are not representative of the actual sandwiches. There is barely any meat in the sandwiches. As you can see. $29 for 2 sandwiches and soup.

So disappointed drove from Mercedes to eat Panera and they didn’t have sausage. Then asked if I wanted bacon or ham instead, settled for bacon and they charged me $1.79 on the receipt said no sausage. Do better Panera

Every time I pick up, I’m served with the worst attitude from the manager. She’s extremely condescending and is petty enough to argue with you instead of helping find a solution. This place just opened and while the food is good, I always second guess ordering because of how annoying and rude she is in the little time I spend with her in the drive thru

I’ve visited before and had a horrible experience with one of the managers, never wanted to return. Friends of mine were going to meet up and they decided Panera, I gave it a shot again. Well nothing has changed but just now more of my colleagues will not return either. I asked one of the employees her name and they were hesitant but decided to tell me. Shauna is her name and she has the worst attitude for any type of service, very rude and unprofessional, we then heard her asking people to do a google review on her because she’s going to be fired and needed help. Well here I am, thank you Shauna for reminding me I can come here and review you!!
Shawna is as very sweet and helpful explaining the choose two menu for me. She also has a very nice voice when I heard her over the drive thru.

Awesome food and service they go above and beyond to make sure customers have pleasant experience! We have never had any issues with the staff nor the food always excellent service and food is always prompt! Love the broccoli cheddar soup with side of portioned baked bread and the salads are AMAZING! Love the variety of salads, apupa& sandwiches! Sure beats having to cook dinner all the time! Panera at 29 shops is a true lifesaver for breakfast, lunch @ dinner! So many options me we get bored! The place is cordial, easy going& friendly. As the old saying goes treat others with respect and the same will be returned to you. It’s a great place ro relax and converse with friends and family!

Their food is really good, but their service is outstanding! They are always very friendly. Hanna and the other ladies are always so attentive. They always great me by my name and always have a smile on their face. The only thing I am sad about is that they now open at 7am instead of 6am and I can no longer get my coffee before work. Their coffee was how l liked to start my day. Other than that everything is great.
