Papa John's in Mcallen

“The manager Erick (and I assume, as well) Sergio were so very helpful with my inconvenience. I’m not one to complain too much about stuff as I’ve worked in the service/food industry, so when I need to make a call for something to be fixed it’s serious 😅

I spoke to these gentleman on different days and both convos went so smooth and fair. Although it didn’t end “my way” (or for better words, fix exactly where I went wrong) there was a solution and they were very nice about it. Well spoken gentleman. Thank you both!“

“I've ordered from this papa John's more than a couple of times, and it's been good. Once I arrive, the pizza is ready to be picked up. Nicely done and organized. The staff was great! Properly welcomed us in with a nice greeting and the place was spotless.“
