I've never had to encounter the ugliest rudeness of a man named Eric as per him is the genetic manager i had called nicely to let him know the order he helped me get on app was wrong & all he did was debate me instead of acknowledging to the situation no apology no nothing in beginning he is rudest person ever! Is this how you treat customers? He helped me with order im following him as he made order I showed you Pic of pizza on app & wanted the biggest one ! & you just clicked here there without even asking is this way you like before paying he should of showed me on my cellphone! Instead he looks at me says cheese & I said the way pizza comes! How in world am I just walking in to get a cheese pizza! At least be kind on phone all you did was debate me! & after I asked to speak to someone higher he says im Eric the general manager of this store & HANGS UP ON ME !!! UGLY HUMAN NO COMMPASSION NO FRIENDLINESS! I WAS CALM WHEN I CALLED IF YOU WOULD OF REMAINED CALM & NOT BE RUDE & DEBATE HOW I MADE THE MISTAKE EVERYTHING BE FINE!!! Everything is always perfect. However DoorDash does not put the same effort as delivery drivers. More than once I’ve had to reorder because someone else got my pie or having to literally chase down the car on foot before they take the order back.

I’ve finally given papa John’s another attempt! Unfortunately they did the exact same thing as they did 4 years ago.
I ordered online and showed up at the requested estimated time, however they had me standing waiting for 15-20 minutes without saying a word. Horrible attitudes.
I’ll wait another 4 years and try again.

Melvin (manager) not professional messed up ordered and when called to get it fixed hung on me and refused to provide real service no wonder that location closing soon Trash

The manager Erick (and I assume, as well) Sergio were so very helpful with my inconvenience. I’m not one to complain too much about stuff as I’ve worked in the service/food industry, so when I need to make a call for something to be fixed it’s serious 😅
I spoke to these gentleman on different days and both convos went so smooth and fair. Although it didn’t end “my way” (or for better words, fix exactly where I went wrong) there was a solution and they were very nice about it. Well spoken gentleman. Thank you both!
