I ordered dinner to my hotel room. He text me when he pulled in, where to deliver it too. Not the end of the world, but itās in the instructions. So I gave home my room number. I waited and waited and nothing. I opened the door to look down the hallway, boom thereās my food sitting on the hotel hallway floor. Instructions say to hand it to me. But, no knock, no text. Nothing.

I've ordered from this papa John's more than a couple of times, and it's been good. Once I arrive, the pizza is ready to be picked up. Nicely done and organized. The staff was great! Properly welcomed us in with a nice greeting and the place was spotless.

I was excited to order because I received a ārewards memberā email saying that all this week was a buy 1 get 1 free on large pizzas. I tried using the coupon online to no success, it says this location is not accepting this offer. Thanks for the free cheese sticks but Iām no longer ordering from any papa Johnās. Pizza Hut has my business now.
