I ordered dinner to my hotel room. He text me when he pulled in, where to deliver it too. Not the end of the world, but itâs in the instructions. So I gave home my room number. I waited and waited and nothing. I opened the door to look down the hallway, boom thereâs my food sitting on the hotel hallway floor. Instructions say to hand it to me. But, no knock, no text. Nothing.

I've ordered from this papa John's more than a couple of times, and it's been good. Once I arrive, the pizza is ready to be picked up. Nicely done and organized. The staff was great! Properly welcomed us in with a nice greeting and the place was spotless.

I was excited to order because I received a ârewards memberâ email saying that all this week was a buy 1 get 1 free on large pizzas. I tried using the coupon online to no success, it says this location is not accepting this offer. Thanks for the free cheese sticks but Iâm no longer ordering from any papa Johnâs. Pizza Hut has my business now.

got delivery , so unsure if it was papa johns or some doordash dude, but after waiting 2 hours I went outside to check if there was any one arriving. my pizza was on the floor by my OPEN gate (has a door bell on it) ( 10 feet away from my door that also has a doorbell on it).IDK how long the pizza was out there for, was cold to the touch.not even a courtesy door bell ring, or a knock to let me know someone arrived.Papa john delivery drivers have always been courteous so i cant imagine it was them, 95% sure it was a doordash person.
I just want to say that they are too nice here. I visited on Sunday night and there were 3 people working and they were very attentive ???? excellent service. Thank you so much
