got delivery , so unsure if it was papa johns or some doordash dude, but after waiting 2 hours I went outside to check if there was any one arriving. my pizza was on the floor by my OPEN gate (has a door bell on it) ( 10 feet away from my door that also has a doorbell on it).IDK how long the pizza was out there for, was cold to the touch.not even a courtesy door bell ring, or a knock to let me know someone arrived.Papa john delivery drivers have always been courteous so i cant imagine it was them, 95% sure it was a doordash person.

Decided to get some pizza today after my friends and I were playing pool next door. I had never had papa John’s before but it was so good and made to order! Our cashier Dominique was the best super friendly and down to earth! Will most def be ordering here again!!

I think they’re understaffed because after taking forever to answer the phone, Lorenzo would not come out and take my credit card even when I told him I twisted my ankle. Would you charge me less? No! Pizza was good but terrible customer service!! Why does papa Johns just have one person working on a Saturday?

The guys that work there are awesome they will do anything for you.. I have a problem with my throat so the guys double cut my bread styx all the time.. you can ask them to do anything.. I love them they are awesome Papa John's is always my place
