It is delicious and unique
Everything one star. No music, no customer service, no smile , my cappuccino was only filled 1/4 because it had way too much foam, almost as if they did not know how to work the Expresso machine. over priced bread, very little variety. You're better off going HEB and making coffee at home

I went in this am and asked if the conchitas were freshly made or which ones were the freshest and she said that all of them were made the night prior… I said ok good because the ones that I had bought last time were very dry. She said we had the oven a little hotter than what it needed to be but they should be a lot better now… $21.00 later nope still just as dry… I have tried the conchitas before from other Paris bakeries and they tasted so good fresh and airy… definitely not like these that were super dry…

Bread is good, but not for the price. The quality of bread is just as good at one of the HEB bakeries. The Paris is way too expensive for bread.

Terrible customer service . The vibe is negetive . Owners don’t train there employees or they hire just anyone . They seem to have there Mexican cultural roots stuck with them . Not profesional at all . No greeting and no knowledge when it comes to customer questions . They show close this place down .
please stay away from the location in pecan Street. stopped in for 4 pieces of DRY bread, and two VERY DISAPPOINTING coffees. no music, no customer service. The person serving last night on pecan Street location was very under trained when it came to the Expresso machine, no customer service skills, atmosphere is DEAD
I usually don't mind paying the expensive prices because of quality but this is ridiculous.

TERRIBLY Expensive!! sweet BREAD suppose to be STILL inexpensive! But it's all right, and Thanks be to LORD GOD, for Walmart's, HEB'S and the rest of all those much cheaper Bakeries around McAllen! These guys will be out business very soon and that's a Fact guys.
If there is one thing that makes my day better in this bakery is your employee Señora Mari. Such a sweetheart and knows how to attend her customers with love and genuiness (and no I'm not being paid to write this!) Even if the food wasn't all that great(which it is) I would still attend here for the great service :) she deserves a raise!(P.S. the spilling in the pictures were intentional)

Conchas are firm (from baking trays fresh out the oven) and empanadas have no filling. Don't see how I'm paying $14 for five pieces of bread, there are other places worth making the drive for for much less and better quality. Not what it used to be.
