If there is one thing that makes my day better in this bakery is your employee Señora Mari. Such a sweetheart and knows how to attend her customers with love and genuiness (and no I'm not being paid to write this!) Even if the food wasn't all that great(which it is) I would still attend here for the great service :) she deserves a raise!(P.S. the spilling in the pictures were intentional)
Conchas are firm (from baking trays fresh out the oven) and empanadas have no filling. Don't see how I'm paying $14 for five pieces of bread, there are other places worth making the drive for for much less and better quality. Not what it used to be.

As we passed through the front door, we entered a bakery wonderland! The aromas alone were wonderful! We were vacationing from Ohio, so we only wish we could try MORE items from their large selection of delicious baked goods. Everything we had was so fresh and tasty. We lightly microwaved the leftovers the next morning and they went down just fine!

I want to highlight Mrs Maria a worker at this location, she goes above and beyond customer service, she is very attentive ready to help clients with a big a smile, good attitude and in short amount ot time has you order ready and gives the best recommendations.She is proud of working there and is reflected.I love going to that location because the customer service is great and I always leave happy enjoying my sweet bread and hot chocolate❤️ I hope Mrs Maria get to know how great she is on her job and be able to share with others.

It is hit and miss. The first time I went the bread was great and overall the bread is fine. The problem is with the staff. NONE OF THEM REALLY SPEAK ENGLISH! I find that the area has a tendency to hire people who do not speak English or they do not speak Spanish. WE ARE A BORDER REGION!!!!EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE BILINGUAL AND ABLE TO SPEAK BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH. So many people lose out of job opportunities if they don't. instead in the RIO GRANDE VALLEY, you have to speak Spanish but no English or English but no Spanish. THAT IS RACIST! Please hire people who are bilingual!

The coffee is delicious and reasonably priced. However, the sweet bread and cake are extremely over priced. Avoid this place for your sweet bread needs I got two slices of cake and 4 cookies with a Nutella Frappuccino and my total was 22! Never again!
