The service is very good, the bread is always warm whenever I come my favorite breads are definitely the vanilla conchas and the almond bread whenever I want to have coffee with freshly baked bread I come here.

I feel really bad for giving this review because the lady at the register is very nice, but $17 for 3 pieces of bread!? Come on ! And I was ok thinking it would be a good bread … aand No .. the carrot cake muffin was so dry, very little nuts, almost no flavor, already starting to get hard. I went there once, expensive but the product not so bad. Now, it really is bad. So price not worth it. I unfortunately won’t be coming back. I hope they rethink their market strategy.

Bread is bad!
Bought 4 pieces of bread. Ridiculously overpriced! This empanada was hollow inside it was just plain bread. I do not recommend them.
My good neighbor gave me cheese cup cake and I was excited to eat it when I split it in half, I saw molds inside. I took picture and showed it to her. So disappointed!!!
$15 on 4 pieces of pan dulce. The empanada had no filling as you can see. First of all for a bakery to be named Paris Bakery I expect more French pastries. But, I was willing to overlook that since I do love pan dulce. But this is ridiculous. I will never return.

I just left the store super outraged with how poor the service was they were two middle-aged Mexican American women super rude to my four and five year old child the two restrooms were locked and the lights were off my child needed to go to the restroom and they were very unprofessional and rude they didn’t even let my child touch a decorative item horrible service After I took my daughter to the restroom I came to find out that the lady was holding my son without anyone’s permission! Absolutely outraged !
Kid-friendliness: They don’t accommodate to children ! Definitely won’t ever be going to leave my money there for overpriced bread !

Stopped at this location today 1/9/25 and not sure who was the lady in grey sweater and short black hair (seemed like the manager) seemed to ignore me greeted other customers. When I arrived at the register she never came to charge me (even though she saw me) and was grilling her poor employee with questions while she was cashing me out. My daughter took a bite out of the doughnut and it was dry..I tried their “fresh concha’s” and they were crispy. I paid $21 for like 5 pieces of bread..This used to be my favorite place for pan dulce. Save your money and go to HEB for fresher less expensive bread with better customer service.

Kit went out of his way to meet our needs with a winter storm in the forecast! The pies looked beautiful, and tasted even better!
Just got back to the RGV and honestly all I wanted was a concha. I loved the shop the sitting aria is cozy and though the brand is not the cheapest like at HEB it’s %1000 times better (it’s not a rock lol ) it’s worth the extra cost. I ended up getting a Coffee as well.! This place is my new bakery.

please stay away from the location in pecan Street. stopped in for 4 pieces of DRY bread, and two VERY DISAPPOINTING coffees. no music, no customer service. The person serving last night on pecan Street location was very under trained when it came to the Expresso machine, no customer service skills, atmosphere is DEAD
Prices are too high.

They should rename their "3 leches" to No Leche. This is the driest "3 leches" cake I've had in my life. Seriously, It was as dry as a mummy.
$40 for this cake should be considered theft.
Furthermore, I kept asking the lady behind the counter about the different cakes they have and she was clueless. She either has the worst customer service in McAllen, or she knows their cakes sux and prefers to remain quiet.
