I give 3 stars to the food as the risotto was not a risotto (creamy consistency), it was just a rice with almonds, dry, not creamy, which would have add some “sauce” to the fish. If it wasn’t for the lemon to squeeze, the meal would have been too dry. Otherwise, the flavor was excellent, just the risotto needs to be

Pausa has been my top favorite restaurant for a while now. The food is delicious, the ambiance and service are great. My absolute favorite dish is the beet salad. Truly like no other. NY strip aguachile is fantastic. Fideo & chilaquiles is a must-have. Huitlacoche risotto is divine. You will not be disappointed!
