1st time here. Ordered the Wednesday philly sandwich special. It was awesome!! The toasted bun it was served on was perfect. They do not scimp on the meat either. The fries seem enough to feed 4 people. They were alot. The decor is great and relaxing. We will definitely make this a regular stop for us. There food was delicious.

The sandwich I got was okay, and they forgot my fries when I picked up my order with my families food. The place smelled funny, and the bathroom was DISGUSTING.
I mean finding a Philly this far from Pats & Geno’s in Philly ….& THIS good says it all . Thanks for killin a cravin I thought I couldn’t have outside NY & Philly .
A YEAR LATER - Visited and had the original philly , on my previous visits i couldn't even finish half of a half of the what seemed like a ft long philly .This time i was presented with what looked like maybe a 6in , which was surprising to me as the prices had not changed. Not sure if under new management or just trying to make more profit . But deff not a good look
Oh and the music was so loud i felt i was in a club of sorts , couldn't enjoy my meal , Im ok with christian music sometimes but full blown CLUB JESUS was insane. I don't feel religion and or religious music should be played in public places .Not everyone feels the same nor do they practice the same religion. Literally had to fast chew to get out of there

Food was amazing, the milkshakes are great, and the brownies are out of this world! The patio is a perfect place to really immerse yourself to the city of mcallen. Recommend you give it a shot.
