30 min waiting after pick up time, and it came with the wrong ingredients, just realize until I got home…

First time I came, there was a hair in my pizza. They did replace the pizza for me after I called. Second time I came, there was a piece of plastic but I didn't feel like going back. Third time I come, and the pizza is TINY...We asked why they are small since they are always full size and they just said they don't know....but other pizzas were bigger after ours. Instead of offering to remake them, they left them like that. We ended up just giving it back and asking for a refund because $11 for a kids size pizza is crazy.

I really liked the pizzas here. There is only 1 size, so that I didn’t like, but the pizzas were so good!???? You do have to make a lot of decisions, because you have to pick a crust, toppings & sauces, so your first time may be a little confusing. But once you get the hang of it, it’s good pizza. It is only 20miles from our home, BUT McAllen traffic is a nightmare!! 45 minutes to get here, is too long, so we don’t go often. Good pizza if you live in the area.

Super rude, the person who is in charge of answering calls to take orders answers you badly and is annoying, super bad customer service, his name is Cris and he told me he was Mac, a terrible supervisor to have that position as manager.

Person that charge us was working like if he didn't want to be there I brought up to his attention that fountain drink wasn't working and he said to me yes they are after me showing him other wise ask for cheese they didn't have any my pizza was burn from all around the edges

I usually go to the location in Edinburg but we were close by. The pizza is always good here but today an employee named Javier was extremely rude to other employees in front of customers. Anyone that asked him for anything had him acting bothered. Extremely disrespectful.
