If i could give zero starts, i would. Horrible service, came in super hungry and the cashier was on his phone just standing there. No greeting, not a word. Every question we asked, it was given with an attitude response. He over charged us an extra drink and said no refund could be given because there was no manager in charge. Very unethical and very rude. Kept his earphone on the entire time he was taking our order. Never coming here again.

Rude manager employees were trying their best but manager was completely hostile to employees. Everyone's order was over cooked so wait time doubled. I took mine like that because my grandson is autistic and was hungry. I couldn't wait any longer. Manager didn't even offer an apology. Won't be going back there

went there to pick up my carryout because of their two dollar deal, they greeted me the moment i walked in. Woman in front was nice, later my name got called by a young girl hands it to me with a smile. Pizza was warm, would definitely come back, great service and great food

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. The wing portion was quite small, and it took an unusually long time for our order to be taken. Refills weren't offered, only bottled sodas were available, and I was charged extra for ranch dressing. Overall, the wings were smaller than expected.

Ordered some delivery, pizza and some wings. The order got delivered in a timely manner and wings were good but pizza was meh. It had raw dough near the center of the pizza on all slices. Driver was nice so I tipped him well. So so overall not sure if I'd order from this location again.

I don't know what happened, it used to be the best pizza ever since like 3 years ago, and then I think you guys changed staff or something, now is tasteless, under cooked, just really bad. We gave it the opportunity in the past 2 months and no change, we are truly sad, now at this moment we are ordering Dominos... we want the old pizza back ??.
I asked for pepper and cheese and the employee wanted to charge me $1 a small container or pepper because they didn’t have small packets. It’s shocking a pizza establishment does not have packets of pepper or cheese for carry out orders.

Why does it take two hours to deliver a single pizza. No one picks up the phone when a customer is just trying to know when it MIGHT arrive. Also why does the app say its out for delivery but then being told it hasn't even left the store?
