Worst Service Ever! Placed on online order of 3 personal pans with some wings and a 2 lilter beverage at 1:05pm. Its 3:00pm and nothing I keep calling the store and no one answers. I can't even cancel my order!! I tried calling Pizza Hut Corporate and was transferred back to store. I sent an email and not a word back. I have never ever experienced something like this! I know sometimes it gets busier than usual but ZERO feedback from this store!!! Doordash who I did not know who be making the delivery has been waiting there for over an hour! They tried cancelling my order for me but was told I had to call the store... Again where no one answers! DO BETTER PIZZA HUT! I will never go back to this location with my business again.

I had my online order which was supposed to be ready by 11:45 and I had to leave the establishment without my pizza because it was never ready and the cashier never helped me out or let me know any updates. Really terrible customer service

Pizza is too thin and dry , not like it was back then.
It’s been about a month and I’ve called several times and have spoken to several managers, NOBODY want to take accountability for their actions, the managers tell me “ well pass your number to the GM “ and have yet to get a response. I had a bad experience, and I just want answers. Don’t trust this Pizza Hut if you want good customer service because it is not there.

I place an order for delivery at 11pm and after waiting for hour my order got cancelled at 12 which is closing time for these people and now they refuse to give me a refund when I called earlier for 1 they promised me a refund but when I arrived they said No to refund.

Loved this Pizza Hut. The food was great and our server was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice the only thing is we weren’t around the end of the school day and there were a lot of kids there from the school across. They were loud, shouting, playing. So if you can’t tolerate that just don’t go around 3-6 PM.

the place inside was totally super cute. Redone and new decor - food was awful I asked for extra sauce.... nah it was bare minimal none on the middle there was no cheese on the middle it was crazy looking.. ( the pizza) I asked for sauce on the side.. she wanted to charge me for it... 🤣
