Update ** 5/25**management contacted me and made things right. I do appreciate their apology and for caring enough about my situation. Thank you! 10th street Pizza Hut. I sent email with picture attached. I ordered a personal pizza because I like more that just pepperoni. Well I was eating my first slice. This was in it. No one has contacted me nor has done anything about it. I threw away my personal pizza. March 17th. Watch out at this place. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. Good Luck.

I love how they support the local community. Stopped by tonight to pick up an order I called in. My food was fresh, hot, and waiting for me. Everyone was so sweet in the store. It's very clean, and my food was amazing! The manager herself helped me. Thanks, B. Gagne! I'll be back!

The pizza I ordered is wrong and I pay extra for my order and gave a tip, when I called the number about the complain of my order a guy name Carlos kept putting me on a line that never answered he kept giving negative low energy as if he didn't want to work there bad customer service, The staff attitude and service was horrible

The food was very meh, the truth is that the pepperoni was a little burnt. The service is good but not incredible. And the place was the worst, terribly dirty, the place smelled ugly, the glasses were disgusting, the bathrooms were stinky.

We had been ordering from here for the past 3 years, both pick up and delivery, and the last 4 months have been TERRIBLE. Literally every order gets messed up. We recieved a pizza with sauce only...no cheese. Next order we asked for thin crust, and were given pan crust. This last time we didn't get a meat pasta, so our very nice door dasher went back to get it. Said they forgot so we're cooking it right then. We then recieved the wrong thing again...a chicken alfredo pasta, room temperature. Either the people there can't read, or just don't care. I've also never recieved any call back or response back to ANY of these incorrect orders I've told them about. No correct food given or refunds given. We will never be ordering from here again.
