I’ve been going to PJs regularly for a few months now and I have to say it’s the best! Really underrated. Staff and the music are always nice. Feels like home, definitely a must try🤍

I like to come here and unwind. Read, spend time on computer, text and call friends…..nice drinks and pastries and service. Comfortable furniture. Nice music. I’m 72, and I get to hear songs I might not ordinarily choose …and I enjoy them…..they also play old songs I’m familiar with.❤️

I have been waiting for a new location closer to me to open in Edinburg, but today, I really was craving beignets and was over in McAllen, so I stopped in.

I did not buy anything other than the beignets, but I've heard from family members that PJ'S coffee is very good.

I have had beignets at Café DuMond in New Orleans and at Coffee Call in Baton Rouge (both are considered the best), and while these were smaller, they were excellent....
