I stopped by for the first time around 8 and had an amazing experience! Anthony provided outstanding service — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great suggestions for proteins, sauces, and toppings. Thanks to him, my bowl turned out perfect. Definitely coming back!

Didn’t even get to try the food before having to leave the restaurant. Walked in to order something quick but saw a guy with a ponytail (who I’m assuming is the manager) yelling and cussing. Decided it was best to leave.

The other day, I was very disappointed when I walked into the store. A person who was working in the front was very passive-aggressive to his coworkers. He would go back and forth into the back, but I would hear arguments as if he were talking to someone. I wasn't able to order food because I was uncomfortable with the atmosphere.
Food is always top-tier. Fresh and very flavorful. Staff is professional and kind 10/10.

To the Owner and Upper Management: I order from Pokeworks 10th OFTEN. This is by far my favorite place to eat out.
I believe I am speaking for a good majority of customers here -
Please standardize the portion control. On some days, bowls are filled to the top. On other days, bowls are barely HALF FULL. I'd like to expect the same portions every time I order.
It has now gotten to the point where I wonder if my order will be filled by the employees who give normal portions, or by the employees fill half the bowl.
I will adjust my rating to a 5 Star once I see consistent improvement in this area. Otherwise, the food quality, taste and customer service is always an EXCELLENT 5/5. I am also really happy to see that there are less orders that omit and forget extra sauce as that has been a problem in the past.
