I tried their breakfast buffet, and it was okay. I was later told by one of the wait staff that we could have ordered different style egg dishes and pancakes from the grill as we did not know and were not told of this. Maybe I'll go back and try again with this knowledge in hand and edit my rating.

The fajitas always have more fat than the beef itself and sprinkled amount instead of reasonable for your paying dollar.

Staff is friendly and food is always delicious. Sometimes there is a wait but I've never waited more than 5-10 mins for a table.

Great service 👍 by Jaime piña
The best on the service business
Ponchos is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants around! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Everything from the salsa to the entrées tastes homemade and authentic. But what truly makes the experience exceptional is our server, Jaime.
Jaime is absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and always makes you feel welcomed. He checks in at the perfect times, remembers details, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. His service takes the whole dining experience to another level.
If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food paired with outstanding service, Ponchos with Jaime as your server is the place to be. Highly recommend! 🌮👏

The place looks great, but the food is way overpriced and the service is in desperate need of customer service training. I had to order my appetizer twice and get up to get napkins since the waiter didn't bring any. I had made plans to celebrate a friend's birthday and I showed up early to save a couple of tables, since it was going to be about 12 of us, and I'm glad I did. I ended up moving the celebration to another restaurant once I saw the dining area turning into a concert, which wasn't bad except that it was pretty loud. I ended up paying over $21 for three beers and chips and salsa.
