I paid $7 for this a Family size mac and cheese. It was obviously over heated crap and they can't fill it up that's just a ball of Mac in cheese. Overpriced bullshit!

Lady in the front its too slow my food was ready and she was taking her sweet time putting the rest in it once she saw me in front of the counter she decided to hurry up. Just got out of work wanting to eat something fast and hot and she just messed it up for me $39 not worth it! ?

Has the hardest time then understanding in English and Spanish, I need a (2) pc combo with unsweet tea. I got frustrated, then you approach the window to pay, all employees gather laughing...... At the hard time they have you??? Very bad service and customer service.

I ordered a family package of 10 pieces and they gave me 6 Barbaros wings, maybe I lost 2 to confuse me, I didn't come back, it's a shame I checked my order when it was already at my house, terrible service.

Customer service is horrible here. Kayla in the drive through was talking in a rude tone and did not want to do her job. She acted as if we were bothering her. The restaurant barely had any customers. I heard someone asking for something at the front counter and her and another employee were making faces and saying rude comments.
Found their early hours a big help. I was picking up food for a large family stopping by and they were happy with this meal. Popeyes to the rescue.

This place is very disorganized! They hire anyone, I mean anyone! I always mobile order 20 to 30 minutes before I get there and my food is never done and or hasn't even been started on. Mind you there is maybe 1 customer in the building and no one in the drive thru. They take super long for everything from food to even me being at the register. Very bad popeyes.
