Absolutely terrible service. Accidentally placed a wrong order on the app and within 20 seconds I tried to cancel it and was told I couldn’t. I called this restaurant and was told there’s nothing they could do only on the app. Wasted money and received no help

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 pc lg combo chicken strips and tell me why as soon as I got home and I look in my bag it’s 3 chicken breast and it taste rubbish!!! So unsatisfying

It was fine for me. I've been there 3 times, but before noon every time and I was the only one there. They help me right away every time and I always got the sandwich. The food tasted good and was hot, and I didn't have to wait long.
I've been here several times because it's less than 2 miles from my house and I will not suggest it to nobody unless you go to lunch at 12 and you only have 20 minutes you can definitely get in and out within 2 minutes bc the chicken is ALWAYS DRY!!!! Not once have I had a juicy piece of chicken from there. A drumstick is dry like cardboard EVERY TIME. I'VE only been several times bc I figured maybe they've changed management or cooks but they seem to be satisfied with the cardboard chicken.

Horrible place. I was waiting for more than 8 minutes to be helped with, I was the only one in the lobby. Associates were there but just talking to each other and Ignoring the fact that I was standing in the front to order. I spoke to her in English, she didn't understand. So I spoke to her in Spanish and she still didnt understand, so why have her taking the orders ? I asked her some questions and she left to go ask the other associate about it and took forever to come back. I will not go back to this establishment until they fix these issues with their employees and the food was disgusting as well. Food was cold and hard like it had been sitting there for a while. Unacceptable. Do better.
