I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, my order was never delivered. When I called the restaurant directly to ask for help, they were not willing to assist or offer a solution.
As a customer, I was disappointed with the lack of support. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service makes a big difference — and sadly, that was missing here.
I hope the restaurant improves their service and communication in the future.

I am an uber driver & this is my first time picking up a order here. My first impression was extremely poor. A kind gentlemen working asked me how could he help me, without allowing him to answer another worker, who was a female, not only told me “it will be out just wait” she made hand gesture, 🤌 while talking. Her tone was of frustration and spoke to me as if I was the cause.
At times like this that I am working double shift plus uber it can become extremely difficult and tiring, but it is never shown to any customer. Lack of customer service will always bring a company down.
Food is great but they have reduced their portions and raised the prices and will charge a “convenience fee”. Aside from the food, The customer service is seriously lacking. The young girl in the front with glasses working the cash register is very rude, condescending and impatient even when there is no one in line and no one inside. I don’t understand why she works there or has been able to keep her job this long, This is a common occurrence with her and after reading the reviews I am glad that I’m not the only one who notices. Make the necessary changes and I will consider spending my money here again.

I got the berry lovers salad. Overall would rate a 3/5 stars. My salad lacked the raspberries, cucumber, AND the green onions. The salad was okay but I’m not sure if the dressing threw me off or the lack of ingredients. I would be willing to try this place again but a different food item.

Today was my first time trying bison and I really enjoyed the burger. Their air fries are very good as well. Way better than deep fried. Their sweet potato brownies were delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We definitely recommend.
