The food was good but our food came out before getting the bread. We had to ask twice for the bread. The wait staff was nice, so was our waitress, but she was too busy trying to close, too busy to serve us. We called her drive by because she would ask us if we needed anything as she was walking/running away. We had 3 different people assist us, they were very nice because we couldn’t find our waitress, we were thirsty. We also had to ask someone else to get our check because drive by was nowhere in sight. We thought coming in 9:30pm was ok because they closed at 11:00pm, but we now know to never come at that time because the staff wants to clean up and just go home. So spending almost $100 for 2 people, I was hoping for a better experience.

On Valentine's Day, it was clear that they were completely overwhelmed. I appreciated how hard they worked to get my son and me seated on time. Our server, caught in the whirlwind of a large party of ten right beside us, was doing her very best to manage the situation. Despite the chaos, she consistently apologized for the wait, showing genuine concern for our experience. She was not only pleasant but also did an exceptional job taking our orders and thoughtfully explaining the menu. When the food arrived, it was fantastic; my son absolutely adored his crab legs and potatoes. It warmed my heart to see the manager come by to check on us and even bring my cocktail while our server was focused on the challenging group next door. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but I remember she wore a lovely light blue bow in her hair and handled everything with such professionalism and grace, especially on such a busy night. Her effort didn't go unnoticed, and it truly made our experience special.

Went on Monday for the endless shrimp and had a really fantastic experience because of my server Kaeli. She was very attentive and very kind. I tend to go through drinks at a quick pace and she was incredible at putting my orders in quickly and making sure my drinks never ran out. The food was good, but great customer service is a very rare find and I greatly appreciated the service she provided!
