I’ve been enjoying Reserva coffee for several years now, ever since they opened. They used to be consistently good and I would have rated them 5 stars in the past. But, over the last 2 months I have visited each of the 3 McAllen locations multiple times and have left disappointed every single time. Instead of the breve cappuccino dry I ordered, I get something that tastes like a warm glass of milk. Please train your team!Reserva has the beans but unfortunately doesn’t know what to do with them anymore.
Great coffee! Quiet, nice place to work or have a conversation. Employees are always nice and helpful. Avocado toast was excellent!

Staff was great, atmosphere is cute. Ordered café de olla and have had it other places, this wasn’t even drinkable. Traded it in for a regular black coffee and it wasn’t even hot just warm and tasted watered down. My partner got hot chocolate with the same complaint, watered down not even hot. Been to other Reservas before, this one missed the mark by a long shot. For the price they charge we can’t afford to throw our money away at a place that can’t make one decent drink.

The matcha horchata is very bitter and I can’t even taste the flavor of horchata.
Loved the wildflower latte! If you don’t like lattes to be to sweet that’s the one for you as well! The avo toast was great! Simple but very flavorful! The place has a great vibe!

I'm going to be honest, I really tried to love this place and have gone atleast a handful of times, but thier Matcha always lacks. Thier environment is nice, thier coffee is yummy, the staff is nice, and thier cheesecake is to die for but thier matcha is always chalky and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I bought it twice thinking maybe it was just made the wrong way the first time but the drink ended up the same way. As a matcha lover, I felt inclined to write this review to let other matcha lovers this isn't the place for matcha.
