Today my girlfriend and I went to get some drinks in the morning at around 8-9ishAM. We had a blended Matcha Latte with vanilla beans, almond milk, and whipped cream. It was so creamy and delicious. It wasn't too sweet and it was the perfect blend of the matcha flavor and vanilla beans. We also had an iced Almondra Mocha with almond milk. It was bitter and sweet, you can definitely taste the mocha, it was very good. The matcha latte was kinda pricey but it was so worth it, I can't stress this enough it was so good that dispite the price I will definitely get this again. The people that attended us today were also very nice and even brought our drinks to our table. Definitely recommend this place.

Holy Jesus $7.47 for a late??!! What the actual heck! Who do they think they are?? I lived in New York City for a couple of years and a large latte is a couple of dollars cheaper in New York City. The fact that I don't like getting ripped off by pretentious coffee shop owners will prevent me from returning, but I will say this.... The service was fast and the young man and young girl working there were very polite.

It’s a good place. I come by 3 times a week mostly to the Mc col location.

The owner Michelle seems to be a very smart and courteous person. Unfortunately, some of these young kids need better training. That’s all. More coaching. Thank you for your prompt response. And I will return. I know you guys do your best.

The guy looked miserable and did not really want to deal with us. I asked for 2 cups of ice and he charged me 5.00. for cups of ice!! The dessert was good and the coffee was ok. The girl there was nice. But I'm still shocked that I got charged so much for ice. It was my first time here but I do think I'll ever come again. Too many options for coffee to go to a coffee shop that overcharges and mistreats.

A good coffee in the United States? It seems a lot to be desired. But the coffee here is pretty decent. Nice atmosphere, friendly service and the coffee I repeat: good. Better than Starbucks definitely.

Free parking, customers greeted and the feel of a well run coffee and tea shop. My Americano ☕️ coffee and raspberry ? cheesecake was so satisfying! Gave me the needed boost to continue packing my house for moving out of state!

This coffee shop was a disappointment.Tables were dirty and sticky. Service was horrible. The two passionless employees that were there yesterday morning look like robots. No smile, no greeting. They look depressed working there. Also, a customer brought in dog adding to the chaos. The overall experience was unpleasant and unsanitary. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

Reserva is making the best coffee in McAllen. They roast the beans themselves, and every cup tastes like the maker knew what she was doing. Great coffee, pros behind the counter, and a welcoming atmosphere where you're never hurried.
