I grew up on Mrs G's El Pato tacos...known now as Mrs. G's Tacos N' More. They are incredible! and they are the ORIGINAL El Patos. Every time I come home to McAllen, I go right to Mrs. G's. Their nachos are also great. I always got Beef Avocado and Tomato...sooo good!! When we were in high school...they had so many variations including Peanut Butter n Jelly. Try Mrs G's ..now a drive through. So good!!

Specifically went to Ms. G's Tacos n' More on a recent trip to the RGV, as I was a regular fan of El Pato, back in the late 80s. The location on Pecan @ N 23rd St is almost a throwback to the similar El Pato original locations, before Mrs. Gonzales sold the name (but NOT the recipes)!! ??
