What a gem in the valley! We did the tasting and the progression of each course was well paced. The chef is fantastic with sauces and used beans in a really innovative way. My favorite dishes were the gyoza, octopus and black risotto, and tenderloin. The rosemary butter was also a pleasant surprise! I can’t wait to try their brunch offerings. My only suggestion would be to add a drink pairing option to the tasting menu.
