Everything was horrible. We were seated at one table, served drinks & starters, and then were asked to move to another table for no reason. We were told we would be compensated with a free drink each for the inconvenience. Once we were seated at the new table, we were basically ignored. Terrible service, not attentive at all. The food was served in tiny portions, overcooked, super bland, and overpriced. Our mixed drinks tasted like they had absolutely no alcohol whatsoever. We waited like 10 hours for the check, and then we had to remind them about our free drinks, which they then switched up and said they only offered us a free shot. Even if that were true, why did they wait until the very end of our dinner (literally 3 hours later) to let us know? My guess is they were hoping we’d forget to ask for it. We refused the shot since it was literally midnight and we were very ready to leave. They didn’t try to compensate with anything else on the bill to try and mend the situation in the slightest. The waiter checking us out was very rude, dismissive, and not helpful. Our individual checks were more then $60+ which was ridiculous for bad food and drinks. Also, they charge $4 for water. Save your hard-earned money and your taste buds. Do not come here.

Food was not good in portion, there was hair in my drink and still got charged for it. Prices do not add up. Each individual got charged a large party tax without our knowledge at all which was 75 dollars in total for a party of 5. They failed to mention this when I made the reservation! When I called to question each bill the supervisor Adrian was very rude and dismissive.

She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and made sure everything about our dining experience was perfect.
Her knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations made a big difference, and she checked in on us at just the right times. Esperanza’s kindness, efficiency, and genuine care really stood out—she made us feel valued and welcome the entire time.
She is an excellent example of top-tier service, and I would absolutely come back and ask to be seated in her section again.

Overall a very great experience. We had Alina as our waitress and she took very good care of us. Would definitely recommend to dine here and have Alina as ur waitress. Food was amazing and came out very fast.
We enjoyed our time. There was my friend's birthday and she enjoyed herself. It was a beautiful surprise for her. The food was delicious. The service was great. Our waitress was awesome and um, I just can't say more, but it was just really, really good when it comes to the expresso martinis, they were delicious!

We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter's 13th bday. The service was extremely attentive, the food delicious, and the desserts were spot on. The atmosphere is to a perfect point that you can enjoy the music while also able to talk without the need to yell. We will definitely come back and treat us to a mom-dad date night.

The server was attentive, but the restaurant does not reflect the price at all. I ordered ceviche; it was alright (I've had better-tasting ceviche for $10 less), but one of the three tostadas that came with it was black from how burnt it was and all 3 were cold.
Additionally, the restaurant has a policy to charge you $30 dollars if you bring your own cake (we were celebrating a birthday) which we had brought. It's understandable they want you to buy their desserts, but $30 seems excessive especially considering we were already consuming other food in the restaurant. The hostess had informed if we were to cut the cake ourselves we could avoid this fee. After finishing our entrees, we asked the waiter for the cake and a knife to cut the cake ourselves. She mentioned she would have to charge us the fee regardless if she cut it or we did, contrary to what the hostess said. I informed her of this and she just reiterated the policy. The birthday celebration was not as enjoyable with all the issues. They mentioned they would provide a courtesy cake due to it being a birthday dinner, but it still didn't make up for their other policy.
The server had also forgot to put in an entree for the birthday girl and we only received it once we were almost finished with all our food (I had to remind them). The service or experience was no where near 4 stars, the restaurant had very little people and despite this they still managed to burn the food and take a while to bring out the entrees. I wouldn't recommend this place for fine dining (or really just dining in general, I've had better experiences at a chili's or hole in the wall), it seems better as a higher end cocktail bar.
