Such a nice place but HORRIBLE SERVICE and when we got our food, it was cold! First time and last time there. We went for brunch, met at 9am and was told their kitchen did not open till 10am....we decided to order their flight of coffee and wait till 10am. When 10am came, we asked Kayla, the waitresses who our waitress was going to be, she told us that they were getting their tables assigned. So Kayla, went ahead and took the tables adjacent to us on both sides their order and completely ignored us when asked about someone taking our order. This guy named Chris shows up and takes our order and took it wrong....so another waitress with red hair came to our table and confirmed our order. Waited till 11am and our food was cold as ice. We canceled our order and left and will not go back because of their lack of service and bad food.

We arrived around noon during peak brunch time, so we expected a wait, which was fine. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any staff. Guests seated after us were helped before us, which was frustrating. I had to ask the hostess who our server was, and she didn’t even know. The manager ended up taking our drink and food orders. Ten minutes later, our actual server arrived and casually said, “I’m sorry I didn’t come. I forgot.” That comment felt unprofessional and left a bad impression. He didn’t seem apologetic at all, just matter-of-fact. The food didn’t match the atmosphere, and for a first visit, it was really disappointing. We won’t be returning.

But what truly set this place apart was the incredible service, our server Kayla was so sweet, very welcoming and friendly, especially from the barista, Janette. She is an absolute star! Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail turned an already great experience into something unforgettable. Janette crafted the most delicious coffee I’ve ever tasted—rich, perfectly balanced, and made with such care. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every cup she serves.
