Food is good definitely a more flavorful copy of schlotzkys although I’m suprised they can copy their items that closely. Staff is rude though so prepare yourself if you are easily offended this is not the place for you.

Definitely one of the better local sandwich shops in the McAllen metro area. The bread was great and they served up a satisfying veggie sandwich, paired with a good vegetarian pizza as well.

Hi! My husband and I stopped by for a quick bite since we had heard great comments about Seymour's. We are so happy we did. The food was excellent! The bread, whether sourdough or rye, was amazing! The service was too notch and restaurant was very clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have Mr. Wood and his staff come by our table and visit. We will definitely be going back soon to try more menu options. I had the Turkey Avocado combo and my husband had the Pastrami on Rye which were perfect for an early dinner. The prices are great, too.
FYI...If you can make it there in person, you can order with DoorDash.

I actually prefer to come here. The sandwiches are delicious and they make them just the way you want them.. we order a the classic and added turkey. It was delicious.

The best sandwiches! Was a little apprehensive the first time I went because the bread seemed so puffy. It's so soft! The bread to filling ratio is perfect. The gentleman behind the scenes making the sandwiches is really friendly (and fast). I make it a point to go at least once a week. Try the turkey bacon club supreme.
