Every time I visit Schlotzsky’s, Miguel Luna makes the experience unforgettable. He’s hands-down the best cook there — everything that comes out of the kitchen is fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor. You can tell he takes pride in every sandwich, pizza, and salad he makes.

I used to love these when the sandwiches were drenched in oil & vinegar. Now it was just a lunchmeat sandwich on sourdough bread. I know they had to update their menu for more health conscious times, but in doing so, to me, they took away the magic of a hot schlotzsky's. I was so sad
