I came to pick up my normal Turkish latte that I get almost every day but today there was a new barista who did not fulfill my order :( It basically tasted like a basic cappuccino so I could have paid less but I was too far out from the store to come back and get the drink fixed. I drive all the way from Alamo, Tx to get coffee at semilla so I couldn’t just drive back to get it fixed. Hopefully the barista can get trained more so this doesn’t happen again. Not happy about...

Semilla is one of the best coffee shops out there. It’s like if you combined European delicacies with Wild West grit. From the customer service, to the coffee, pastries, breakfast and lunch. Simply the best.

Have been coming to this shop since 2017!
Love everything about it, from the coffee to their merch, they have everything locked in. Seeing them grow into more than just a coffee shop, now with a bakery and a deli while still maintaining their branding locked down, as a creative is amazing to see!
