i just want to say thank u for the amazing service and excellent food. we went yesterday a party of 13 and WOW. The wait staff was so attentive and friendly. hadn't been there in a while but will definitely be stopping by more often. thanks again and keep up the good work!
It's old and the fans didn't work so the smoke from the hibachi went into our faces. The chef was super apologetic and really nice. Food was good and reasonable.

Been coming to this place for more than 20 years..food is always great..but lately with new management, they been changing the shrimp..shrimp are smaller and no taste, I believe they been cutting on quality ingredients

One and Done! A disastrous dining experience.45 min wait to then have a seat for an extra hour at an empty hibachi grill w/ only 2 chefs serving the entire restaurant. Service was horrible, as even an attempt to have water was a challenge. Extremely hot temps with poor ventilation added to our dissatisfaction.

ShoGun.. you mean SLOWGun…Come here if you want to get an asthma attack and heat exhaustion. Temperature on their thermostat was set to 79F and there is no ventilation here. A 45 min wait turned into 3.5 hrs. What would have been nice is if we were told this from the beginning. The waiter from the get go was telling everyone about how this wasn't McDonalds— you’re right, i would've preferred that.. it is faster. The service was poor and I will never be back here.

Three whole hours because I made the mistake to come here is what I had to pay. 180 minutes wasted.
I’ve come a few times. Usually it’s been decent but today was the absolute worst I’ve ever had at this place. We arrived at 3 PM and were told we would be seated in 45 minutes. Despite that, we ended up waiting over an hour and a half for them to start cooking and when it began, the cook took his sweet time. Please go somewhere else and avoid this place. The ventilation is horrible. You’re literally choking in this place. My ice melted faster than the server checking up on us. He nonchalantly was saying if you can’t wait this isn’t the place. Damn right it isn’t.
