I visited here for my lunch break around 2pm. Thankfully it wasn't busy and the service was fast. Counter person was lovely. People did start trickling in after me though. I ordered the chicken almond and chicken grape with cilantro dressing and a side of poblano soup. Everything tasted homemade and delicious. They have a very nice variety of aguas frescas; pineapple, mango, and more tropical flavors.

Everyone working seemed a little depressed, maybe just a bad day. Chips were stale and when I asked for a new bag they looked at me like I was crazy and had to get permission from the manager. Overall not bad but definitely not great.

First time so didn't know about Sauces, so my sandwich was a bit bland. Came with a friend and her croissant was waaay too toasted, she struggled to pull it apart.Parking is tight, as it's shared with several different restaurants.Nice restaurant!

Ordered 2 salad bars to go. The chipotle chicken with almonds had NO almonds. The chicken pecan with grapes had 2 pieces of pecans and NO grapes. The past two times we visited we were disappointed. Quality and portion size was very disappointing. We used to love eating here We won't be back. Employee also served us with no gloves after cleaning the front counter.

Well it looks like they finally got their Cressant bread right . Before it was just a heavy bread shape like a Cressant . They still need to work on the natural part the Aguas frescas just powder

How cheap can you get? I ordered the grape and pecan. There are NO grapes or pecans. And I mean NONE. This is why I don’t come here and will never come again. It’s not just this location, it’s the entire business that seems to try and save money by not putting enough ingredients or flavor in their food.

Staff is not very friendly and don't even know the menu. They were trying to rush me. I did not receive proper customer service. Also, when I got my food; my salad had a small little bug, those bugs that are on the salads. Now it makes me think they do not wash the salads. My wife's salad also tasted horrible. We ended up throwing everything away except for our drinks. We did not want to say anything because we know how they are. I've been a customer since they first came to the U.S. on Shary Rd. in Mission, Texas. Also, their new aguas frescas from the machine taste horrible. They should bring back the natural lemonade and give more Chipotle sauces; like when they first started. I know prices have gone up on groceries but so are you all's prices. If limes are a problem they should get in touch with a produce company so they can get a better deal. I hope someone really pay attention to this review and really do something about it.
