I love smoothie king in general. Will always be my favorite. But this experience wasn’t great. Walked in and the worker didn’t even see or hear us. He was staring at his phone blasting music and playing some game. We tried to get his attention by being more in line of sight or just saying “hello” but absolutely did not even look up at us. I didn’t want to be rude and ring the bell right in front of him but it almost came to that. He didn’t even seem surprised when he did notice us. He also didn’t seem to know the menu very well. I know my smoothie king menu and I don’t even work there. A worker should know the menu. Had to explain carefully what I was asking for. Not to even mention the inside smells like people have been peeing in the corners of the store. I’ll think long and hard before coming back to this store.

I ordered the Acai PB Swizzle Bowl expecting something refreshing, but it was more frozen than a glacier. I could barely get my spoon in, and when I finally tried, it snapped in half!
It’s frustrating because they used to make the bowls fresh, but now they're cutting corners by keeping them frozen. Took me almost an hour before it was soft enough to eat, and by then I had opted to order take out from a local restaurant. Definitely not worth the struggle.
