Waited in line for 35 minutes and then waited for my food for 50 minutes. 1 hour 25 min in total of wait time 😥 when I got my food, the cheese on my nachos was freezing cold and the chips in my marranada were super soggy. Everytime I go there’s a long wait, but this time it was ridiculous. They also forgot my fresas con crema and the Tostitos tasted really weird.
Took exactly 47 minutes to get this order out with 15 employees inside. This isn’t including the time waiting to place my order. This isn’t a restaurant to wait this long for this little snack.
This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The woman who attended me was unprofessional from the moment I arrived. When she opened the window, she started talking to her coworker and completely ignored me.
I told her it was my first time there, and she didn’t seem to care or make any effort to help. I asked what came on the elote, and she couldn’t clearly explain it. When I asked if they sold crepes with cajeta and Philadelphia cheese, she looked at me with visible confusion and responded in a way that felt judgmental and unwelcoming.
On top of the poor customer service, the elote itself was the worst I’ve ever had. Overall, there was no attention to customer service or basic courtesy. I won’t be coming back.
Horrible experience we were given unfinished raspas. My family and I visited for the first time and ordered the Chamoyada Extreme, which is advertised as coming with pickles, sour strips, hormiguitas, and manzanas con pasta.
We ordered two small and one medium, but were charged for two mediums, one small, and one Chamoyada Loka.
We were handed three raspas swimming in juice, with only gummy bears, candied apples, and a tamarindo stick. All three were missing the hormiguitas, sour strips, and pickles.
I rang the doorbell and asked what we were charged for. She said the Extreme, so I explained we were missing almost everything except the apples, gummies, and tamarindo sticks. She only brought out the sour strips and closed the window.
I waited, assuming she would bring the remaining pickles and candies, but she never did. When I rang again, she looked at me as if I was trying to get something for free and still did not bring the rest of the items.
We originally went because my husband and I wanted a plain pickle dilly, but decided to try the Extreme instead. Instead, we received melted raspas that were already halfway down, and were charged $31.
I took photos to show my sister and realized ingredients were missing.
I ended up throwing mine away. We will not be returning.
The place also did not look sanitary. An employee was handling food with gloves, touching the doorknob, then going back to handling food without changing gloves. Due to concerns about cross-contamination, I will be contacting the health department.

Ridiculous prices. $20 for 2 small raspas and 2 small corns. Giving 3 stars cause I was able to cancel order and get my refund. Hence the removal of the prices on the menu.
