Every time I’ve come to this location it takes a hour from the time I get there till I leave just for a few snack.

Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong — the snacks are great, but what’s the point if I have to wait over an hour for just one fresas con crema and a Rusa? The lady finally comes by after an hour, only to give me the wrong order, and then has to go back and redo it? That’s unacceptable. I came here to enjoy my time, not to sit around waiting forever.

I always go to this place when they first started to open. Food is such amazing. I never had no issue with no one but the only issue I had was this guy on the window. Drive, the disrespect discrimination. I got from him and I had never felt this way before. Why it's because I'm trans if he had problems or hate on me, I find that really disrespectful and unprofessionally, which has I had to hold my tears and canceled my order, so I didn't have to stand there i mean, if you guys did not want to us there, just have a sign there. No trans allowed, and I will never come there. And pretty much I would not want to go there again. Probably go somewhere else. Cuz never felt that hurtful before. I just hope you guys could do better. For your people and your business thank you...
