I got a hazelnut shaken espresso and literally didn't have any hazelnut flavoring. Just tasted milk. The guy with glasses was on his phone while taking my order and asked for my name twice bc he was busy texting.

Always a pleasure to stop at this location, I just wish they would reopen the café style and have a few tables on the outside patio like previous, it was such a nice café to take a work break nearby. Daisy and Tim are a big help and always friendly at the front counter for walk-ins, highly recommend this 10th St. location! 😊☀️

I needed a little dose of coffee in my system to give me lift. I though why not stop at Starbucks it's been a while. Amazing! I like their service very quick to get my coffee. My window greater was very nice. I love going to this place cause once you stop by the window I can smell the Starbucks trademark smell of coffee. I get two things at the window one I clear my sense with the coffee instantly and two my order. I can not wait for the cool weather to buy a warm cup of coffee. Yum! See you soon Starbucks.
I do not advise anyone to go and waste money at this Starbucks They continue to give us the wrong coffee and have an attitude when we ask to correct it I think it’s rude and mean to talk to a 76 year old grandma like myself who simply wants her cup of coffee done right as ordered. 1 Star service If I could give lower I would

I recently experienced extremely poor customer service from Starbucks staff, specifically Emily. After I placed my order, Emily somewhat brusquely reminded me to have my payment ready, as stipulated by company policy. #Starbucks Don’t recommend you this place early Sunday mornings! Especially when I am regular customer and had never had been treated this way.

Originally stopped by for the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte but I realized on the app to order ahead it was marked as unavailable, once at the drive through I ordered a pineapple refresher and was informed the refresher was unavailable .When I mentioned that the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte that I originally came for was unavailable as well they told me they did have that available. So confusing they need to keep better track of their inventory. Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte did surpass my expectations,it's my new favorite drink!!! But in the future I'll stick to the Starbucks in pharr on cage as my go to location to avoid any confusion.
