Great service, amazing staff and great vibes this is my favorite Starbucks location! The baristas are always welcoming and very knowledgeable about any new drinks. I normally go in the morning during their rush and my drink always comes out quick and just the way I like it!

Pink drink not to satisfaction. I enjoy my pink drink with strawberries on the side not in it. McCoy & Eric refused to serve me the stawberry includes in a separate small cup 🫤. I never have that issue at another location. Throughout the RGV we also ordered a coconut milk. Didn't even put ice on it 😕

I love this Starbucks location. It’s next to my work as well so it’s super convenient. I love to sit down and read. The staff are amazing as well. Very friendly and u never had a problem with my orders. Thank you team

The girls that work here do not know how to make drinks. They need to be retrained. I noticed when I order at this location its a consistent pattern only the male employees make drinks correctly. I dread walking in and I see a female making it. I spend money here for it to go to waste. My drink is awful

If I could give it 0 stars, it would be perfect with the quality of work and service at this branch. I stopped going but decided to give it another chance. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day on the day I was going. You ask for more milk even though they charge you and they tell you to order it "latte" next time, now I order a latte" and they sell me foam, with a lot of ice, when I ask for it "LITTLE ICE" and it doesn't even have half the drink. I pay for that they give me cold foam and they don't give it!! and he still has the nerve to tell me "yes he has it but he stirs with the drink. Of course, the chocolate is stirred into the matcha latte and turns white. They seem to think I'm stupid. They charge me $8.01 when at any other Starbucks I pay $7.79. Who do they think they are?

Very friendly staff. This location is usually very busy. Don’t let long lines intimidate you, staff is fast and usually able to keep the lines moving. Parking can be a little difficult at times. Like taking my laptop to this location do some work while enjoying my cold brew.

Daniela with glasses gave me and my sister the worst customer service experience ever! Would not go back. The girls at this location are so rude and the male employees are always so helpful. Management do something about your employees attitudes towards customers.

Very slow service. I always order the iced cinammon dolce latte with whip cream on the app. They never put the whip cream and the drink never tastes the same each time I order. I’m better of making my coffee at home with the Starbucks creamer.
