I love this Starbucks location. It’s next to my work as well so it’s super convenient. I love to sit down and read. The staff are amazing as well. Very friendly and u never had a problem with my orders. Thank you team

The girls that work here do not know how to make drinks. They need to be retrained. I noticed when I order at this location its a consistent pattern only the male employees make drinks correctly. I dread walking in and I see a female making it. I spend money here for it to go to waste. My drink is awful

If I could give it 0 stars, it would be perfect with the quality of work and service at this branch. I stopped going but decided to give it another chance. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day on the day I was going. You ask for more milk even though they charge you and they tell you to order it "latte" next time, now I order a latte" and they sell me foam, with a lot of ice, when I ask for it "LITTLE ICE" and it doesn't even have half the drink. I pay for that they give me cold foam and they don't give it!! and he still has the nerve to tell me "yes he has it but he stirs with the drink. Of course, the chocolate is stirred into the matcha latte and turns white. They seem to think I'm stupid. They charge me $8.01 when at any other Starbucks I pay $7.79. Who do they think they are?

Very friendly staff. This location is usually very busy. Don’t let long lines intimidate you, staff is fast and usually able to keep the lines moving. Parking can be a little difficult at times. Like taking my laptop to this location do some work while enjoying my cold brew.

Very slow service. I always order the iced cinammon dolce latte with whip cream on the app. They never put the whip cream and the drink never tastes the same each time I order. I’m better of making my coffee at home with the Starbucks creamer.
Horrible service. Couple days ago I went and asked for a cup of ice for my coffee because I like extra ice, the employee just looked at me and sighed and rolled her eyes. Today I had a different experience with the “manager” because I asked for them to remake my coffee because it tasted horrible. I am a frequent customer and I order the same coffee every single day. I know what my coffee is supposed to taste like and the one I received today tasted horrible. I order an iced americano (like I do every single day) and the espresso shots just tasted bitter/burnt taste. The “manager” was telling me it was because of how I ordered my iced americano and how it’s supposed to be a strong taste. I like my iced americano strong but it’s very different when it tastes bitter/burnt. Then he proceeds to tell me that the employees are probably making my coffee wrong and giving me “blonde espresso” instead of what I ask for on my mobile order. I asked him why they would do that if I didn’t ask for that and my order didn’t say “blonde espresso” and he told me it was because the employees just don’t care. I will never be coming back to this location! I’m glad they opened the new one on Nolana and ware! I made sure to call the Starbucks 1800 customer service number and let them know! The “manager” also re made my Starbucks order with “blonde espresso” which was NOT what I ordered. That should be illegal!!! He didn’t follow my order… how is that allowed? Giving someone something they didn’t order.
