I’ve been a regular at this location since it opened and everything had been great, but these past few weeks their drinks have been very disappointing. Had to drive back to ask for another drink because it tasted like straight up water. This is the 3rd time this happens.

Worst customer service ever there are super super rude take me to order incorrect I called back and supposedly they were going to give me a credit remake I went the next day they can I give me my remake credit that's supposed to say my name wasn't on the list managers as employers their super rude ???
If I could give less stars I would. I’ve gone to this location twice and they have made my Hazlenut Oat Shaken Expresso without the expresso! I just don’t understand. And when I went it wasn’t even that busy.

This Starbucks off of Nolana and 29th is a nice place to visit if you plan to sit down and enjoy your coffee and work/study. The walls are mostly windows letting in a lot of natural light. The staff is friendly too.I went in mostly to buy their whole bean coffee, but left with the impression of wanting to come back the next time I need a place to just relax and be with my thoughts or read.

I have been here several times and this is the 3rd time u get my coffee hot instead of iced and the label literally says ICED. I work a few minutes away and this is the closest location so I can’t just go to any other location.
My mom went through the drive thru and bought two pastries. When she got home she noticed both of them were expired and had mold. She went back and they offered new pastries that will expire the following day. She requested her money back and didn’t want the bread anymore. They were going back forward with her and they refused to give her money back, until she said she will call the city for inspectors. It shouldn’t get to this point, especially when you are at fault.

Almost 25 minutes for a latte!!! I asked for a refund to cancel my order and the barista told me she couldn’t cancel my order. I asked her how much longer and she told me it’s because we’re working on mobile orders so I told her so what the people who order in person have to wait even though we ordered first. She said yes that’s how it works. Rolling her eyes. Thank GOD for Dutch Brothers right down the road!!!

First. This place is like a subway station in NYC. There are people walking in and out always. Its interesting but not a place to go drink coffee.. that being said its perfect for a quick stop. Even if it takes 5 mins in the drivethru and when you order a drink that apparently takes 5 mins to make they ask if you are sure you want it. Keep that it mind. I highly recommend trying BLACK HONEY on Main St. In downtown mcallen. No lines and a warm smile! No attitude. You get treated like a person.
