My friend asked for a venti and was given a grande and I asked for and ICE matcha latte and was giving a HOT when they fixed my order this is what was given to me the matcha was not even blended. I was waiting for my order in the drive thru for about 10 min

Please, for the love of God, if you do not have cold brew available then just say so. Don't serve Iced coffee under the impression of it being cold brew. Just say "I'm sorry we are out" and we can both be better for it. Also, why do I need to be charged an additional $1.25 because I asked for the cream on the side? If the barista knew what "light cream" meant, there would'nt be a need for it on the side now would there?

person who took my order was really nice and uppity. i frequent the nolana location and the conway location and never have i had a quarter of my drink missing bc i ask for no ice? don’t know what’s up with this store and giving less of a drink im already overpaying for, when i ask for no ice mind you half of the drink is already part cold foam.
