I cant believe why starbucks is not open 24 hours like it use to a long time ago. I was sooo happy that I would always go at 2am to get coffee and the ham and Swiss panini. I miss that time about starbucks now its all boring.

Twice I’ve been to this location I’ve ordered a latte and a pike and they both tasted the same compared to other locations It tastes watered down. I don’t recommend this location. Thank god I didn’t leave a tip. All I could taste was water with some brown sugar and this time I got one sugar compared to two last time and both tasted the same. Other locations I get one sugar you won’t tasted which means they’re scamming me out of a good coffee I won’t be back

I was sitting outside because it was already a little past 12:00am. So I made an pick-up order. Considering I was already sitting in the bench outside I walked to the little window to get my drink. I knocked various times and the guy standing there ignored my friend and I. We stood there for a while and after still being ignored we went to the car to pick up the drinks. This time he opened the window real quick. We took the drinks and went to sit at the bench soon after because we were in the middle of watching love island. The drinks were not good and it was evident they were not made with love.
Employees are rude! I tried to return some unused merchandise and the cashier guy insisted that he can only give me store credit because it was the merchandise policy, when it clearly said on the receipt that I can receive a refund in the form of payment I provided. He refused to call a manager because the manager was going to tell me the same thing and I told him I didn’t care and to call the manager. He pretended to go talk to the manager and came back to tell me the same thing. Then he saw on the receipt I had made the purchase in New Mexico so his mood got a little more quirky and practically snapped his fingers and rolled his eyes and said I had to go back to New Mexico because all he could do was store credit and a fellow coworker of his was passing by and said “definitely store credit”. I felt these kids had no experience with customer service and are top dog lazy, rude, inconsiderate, egotistical, etc. Never will I return to this particular Starbucks. I did end up going to another one in North McAllen where they didn’t hesitate to make the return in its proper form and was treated with respect.

The customer service is outstanding but unfortunately I've had already several bad experiences with my usuals, they don't look nor taste at all like they usually do from any other starbucks this is the only one making them different but it's the closest to my house.
