Really terrible, I'm shocked this location has such positive reviews. First, the seating is noticeably more uncomfortable than others Starbucks in the area.The staff are really something that needs to be studied, most are in constant personal conversation with other staff members, ignoring customers or on their personal phones. There is one staff member who would not stop doing a baby voice that permeated the entire lobby. Extremely obnoxious. Who is in charge here and why are they not fired along with most of the staff?!

Shot out to the amaizing barristas Angie , Megan and Iām missing one more the nicest and super cool persons made my night as a night shift healt care I to ask for something strong on cafe in and did a shot of nitro omg ! I been coming to this store for years but please give them a good paycheck raise please they deserve it ! I hope to see them more often and if they can send me their instagram !!

This is what a Starbucks should be and those of us who know expect. Clean, spacious, staffed with plenty of workers, fast and friendly service! I ordered a couple bacon egg and Gouda sandwiches, a spinach feta and egg white wrap, a latte and a pike coffee. The Pike was hot and fresh (at 1120am!); thank you! The food was hot and fresh; didnāt taste like it had been sitting for a few days; thank you. Very nice ambiance as well. Keepinā it real, no kickbacks!

Service was bad. Everyone looked like they were in a bad mood. When I asked for my macadamia nut sprinkle for my white mocha macadamia cold brew she had an attitude about it.
I ordered a caramel macchiato but ended with a nasty tasting chemical tasting coffee. I tried calling but phone seems to always be busy. Did you all change your coffee to a cheaper brand?

I just love a soggy, half toasted DoubleSmoked Bacon, Egg and Cheddar sandwich... pale soggy bread with limp bacon and all the cheese in the bag... yummmm, my fav.

Went through drive thru to purchase 6 drinks for co workers during lunch break and when I got to the window 4 of my drinks were incorrect, I mentioned this to the lady at the window and she repeated to make my drinks incorrect. After four times that my drinks were incorrect the lady at window said āyou shouldnāt be ordering that many coffees through the drive thru.ā I understand I ordered 6 coffees but thereās no need to be rude.

Stop by for the new summer refresher and employees were super nice and wasnāt until I got to my office that I noticed there was some white crumbs or paper. Iām not sure what it was floating in the bottom of my drink so I threw it out. Wouldāve been nice to enjoy it though.
