Went thru drive thru. They asked my order twice. I have to have non dairy. Went to window they asked again my oder. I repeated it. They have me regular whipped cream. I have a severe dairy allergy. Not like oh I get a tummy ache. No my throat closes. I had to park and go in and get it remade. They acted like whoops. No big deal. Seriously get it together people. Listen!

All I wanted was a small cup of cold foam. The cashier proceeds to ask me if I bought coffee from them?? When I said no that I just wanted to layer my damn coffee, they proceed to deny business saying they can’t sell cold foam like that?

Starbucks location has gone down hill , waited 15 minutes inside for my order and no one in line. Seems Starbucks is a thing of the past now and days. Definitely don't recommend. Workers just standing around.

Staff got my order wrong. I mentioned it to one team member. Instead of a hot chair latte, I received a cold latte. The person doing the actual drinks walked off. I had to re-ask who was doing my drink. He finally moved to get my order fixed. Had to ask a 2nd time to actually get it done! So much for living a good tip before service is received !

This is the worst location in the valley. They are always out of stock with everything and always make drinks wrong. On top of it all, their line is the slowest I ever encounter. Their staff move like they purposely want to be slower. They even talk slow I swear, I couldn’t be slower than them unless I tried. Last time coming here.

This store purposely chooses to not listen to their clients. We are onto Starbucks for loading up the ice on their drinks which leave us with minimal beverage so when I asked for light ice and in a venti cup (all over insta to not get ripped off) they gave me extra ice and a grande cup. I firmly stand against Starbucks increasing their incompetent and abusive employees pay. The drive thru (“supervisor”) had a horrible attitude and said he would charge extra for that order. Avoid this Starbucks at all cost, it’s gone down hill. Ps. I also paid for cold foam which they threw half away due to all the extra ice. Negative stars
I tried a new coffee order today and received the most delicious iced coffee I've had in a very long time. It was a carry out order so I immediately contacted the store to give the positive feedback. I did ask for the name of the person who made my drink, and it was Isabella. I thanked her for making me such a delicious coffee. Thank you, Isabella!

Never have an issue with paying Starbucks prices (arguably not the cheapest place) but I have an issue with paying a full price and not getting a full drink, paid for a venti drink and got like a 3/4 full cup.
