I tried a new coffee order today and received the most delicious iced coffee I've had in a very long time. It was a carry out order so I immediately contacted the store to give the positive feedback. I did ask for the name of the person who made my drink, and it was Isabella. I thanked her for making me such a delicious coffee. Thank you, Isabella!

Ordered a Trenta Summer Skies drink with No Ice, still had ice. Wasn’t a big deal as I just wanted my drink, but once I got home and noticed that my Trenta was 3/4 Ice, I was upset.

Never have an issue with paying Starbucks prices (arguably not the cheapest place) but I have an issue with paying a full price and not getting a full drink, paid for a venti drink and got like a 3/4 full cup.
A little bit noisy, good latte with two coffee shots if no the flavor is only milk or foam

Stopped by to get a grande sugar shaken espresso with sweet cream and the guy at the drive through was having a conversation with somebody else the whole time (which I didn’t mind) when I gave home my card to swipe it he did himself and gave Himself a tip without even asking. Handed me my card my coffee and closed the window I didn’t realize he had given himself a tip until my phone notified me of my total of $9.29. When my total was $7.29. He gave me no receipt so I have no way to check or complain. I’m not heading back to argue over $2. I’m not against tips when a job or service is deserving of one but giving mid service and taking upon yourself to give yourself a tip is so disrespectful. By the way the coffee was Mid too so definitely not deserving of a tip

Ordered two Pink drinks the day before Easter and when I drank the first one, I couldn't finish due to it being too sweet, mainly strawberry base and little coconut milk. Didn't drink either drinks and figured starbucks wasn't open on Easter. Made the call the day after and wanted them remade the next time I'd come, but was denied, I wish I didn't waste my money on drinks that weren't even finished since they were so awful. Terrible customer service.

Walked in while it wasn't busy, 4 workers working and not 1 said hello and left me standing at the register for at least 2 mins! A simple hi or hello goes a long way! 👎

Really terrible, I'm shocked this location has such positive reviews. First, the seating is noticeably more uncomfortable than others Starbucks in the area.The staff are really something that needs to be studied, most are in constant personal conversation with other staff members, ignoring customers or on their personal phones. There is one staff member who would not stop doing a baby voice that permeated the entire lobby. Extremely obnoxious. Who is in charge here and why are they not fired along with most of the staff?!
