Went asked for a venti iced shaken espresso, they gave me a grande asked to get a venti that i would pay the difference. All they did was add Ice and the taste was so bitter šŖ no label to see what they gave me.

Justin on drive thru was very rude!!!! I was asking a question and he said āwhat?ā Like seriously do you not know how to be giving good customer service and be polite? Heās so rude and now you have to buy something just to get water when it used to be free. I would not let Justin work here anymore. Heās such a shame to the company!!!

We got a coupon on the app for a 3$ drink And the barista who was kinda rude and said what do you want instead of something nicer like what can I get youā¦. Said that the coupon didnāt work.. and called his manager and the manager said it was a phantom coupon and that it didnāt have a bar code.. they could of at least honor it..
Why send out fake coupons on the app? Just wasted my time and made me not want to go back to Starbucksā¦

I've ordered from there twice and both times it seems these people don't know how to fill or finish the order. I ordered a venti americano and it was like I paid for a small. This location sucks .
