My friend and I went to ask for a water today 12/7/2024 around 1-2 pm. My friend was wearing a political sweatshirt and yalls employee did not seem to respect it .He slammed the water on the counter and gave her an ugly look. Very disrespectful. Even if he did not agree with it, does not mean he had to slam the water down. Overall, it was a terrible customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. My friend and I went in for what we expected to be a pleasant coffee run, but instead, we were met with outright hostility from one of the baristas. My friend was wearing a Trump sweatshirt, and the barista gave her an unmistakably rude and judgmental look, making her visibly uncomfortable.

When the drinks were ready, instead of handing them over politely like any professional would, the barista slammed the drink on the counter with unnecessary aggression, spilling some of it and startling my friend. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful. A person's choice of clothing or political beliefs should never influence the quality of service they receive.

Starbucks is supposed to be a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, and this experience was the complete opposite. I hope this behavior is addressed immediately, as it reflects very poorly on your brand. I will not be returning to this location and would warn others to avoid it until the staff undergo proper training on professionalism and respect for customers.

been coming to this mall for a while, and it’s okay service every time. this time, however, it was a little bit different as in it was much worse because of some unfairness. our intent with coming here was never bad, but the little short manager or supervisor, kaitlyn, had just the biggest attitude! i came on my birthday to get my free drink, but there were all sorts of rules when it was my turn to order compared to the older lady in front of me! overall bad experience, and their mission statement wasn’t up to par at this location.

I’ve been working at La Plaza mall for over 10 years and was very excited to hear a Starbucks was opening up here. I thought it would be quicker than going to my car, waiting for at a drive thru. When they first opened, it was understanding. They had great personalities who made the wait experience somewhat better. Such as a woman named Paloma and a man named Tony. I remember them quite well based on all the conversations and great customer service they did. Now, it’s like robots with no batteries. Slow, no friendly customer service. Walking to my car on break, waiting in a drive thru at the nearest Starbucks and finding a parking spot to return back to work is quicker than waiting in that line who constantly gets the orders wrong and gets angry when I address my concerns. You wear your emotions on your face, Maria. Just an FYI. You should be the one setting an example to these kids / young adults.

The girl who helped me there in the afternoon was very rude, as if she was in a bad mood, she made gestures at me, she never answered me, nor did I speak to her in English and Spanish, from then on everything was very good.

Me and my friend were in line first and payed first the employee asked if we wanted iced coffee and asked if we wanted whip cream and we said yes. We waited 50 minutes for our drink and they got it wrong twice but after the second time we just didn’t say anything because of the atmosphere the cafe was giving ?
