Me and my friend were in line first and payed first the employee asked if we wanted iced coffee and asked if we wanted whip cream and we said yes. We waited 50 minutes for our drink and they got it wrong twice but after the second time we just didn’t say anything because of the atmosphere the cafe was giving ?

They treated me very reluctantly.Without wanting to attend.They gave me cold coffee and forgot to add the caramel.Definitely terrible.I returned it and they finally gave it to me to my liking.It's a shame that sometimes employees give a business/chain a bad name.
