Read the reviews!!I made the mistake of not and now I see people say it’s dry.The burger was so dry and for the prices I rather go to Whataburger!They have on person making the food which is messed up like?you have a bunch of customers coming in and you have to wait 20mn for a single combo.Ofc I ate the whole burger because I was starving but it was so dry the whole time.Fries super dry too.

Bad customer service. Couldn't sub fries for onion rings and besides that the food is nasty. Nastiest Burger and soggy fries. Bland tasting onion rings that I had to purchase because you can't substitute. Don't go there. Stick to Whataburger

Took my husband to eat .. customer service was a bit sketchy… my husband’s triple cheese burger was Delicious.. I got my grilled chicken sandwich and I was not Satisfied on how dry it was, along with frozen taste and vegetables taste… avocado was in a prepackaged cup… husband agreed about the chicken grilled sandwich not tasting good.. onion rings were delicious tho ..

The counter lady talking our order Marisol was horrible, she had a bad attitude. I had questions about the menu and all she said was “I DON’T KNOW, I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT” talk about bad customer service. This place isn’t what it used to be.
Food can be amazing at a place but as soon as bad service is given, it gives a nasty aftertaste all throughout the experience.
Burger was mediocre, fries soggy and flavorless, chicken flavorless.
This place is run on pure nostalgia, nothing like the good ole days to remind you how bad things were.
I ordered a burger, it took 30 minutes then the patty was burned, tasted terrible. I threw it away not sure why I came here for lunch

I grew up going to Star Lite Burgers was a favorite for great food and quick service. I was in the area so I stopped by for a cheese burger combo, I waited almost an hour for my order and my burger was cold. Did not bring it up to the staff because I didn’t want to wait again. Come to find out it’s under a new owner/management. That explains it…it’s not the same. Sad but that will be my last time there.

Its sunday morning @ 10:10 am i called to place a pick up order the lady tells me we just opened at 10 its gonna take 30 min cause we still have to turn on the fryers and get oil hot. How??? If you open at 10 you should be set up ready to start selling food. Employees should be there at 9 if thats the case open at 11. Horrible
