The counter lady talking our order Marisol was horrible, she had a bad attitude. I had questions about the menu and all she said was “I DON’T KNOW, I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT” talk about bad customer service. This place isn’t what it used to be.
Food can be amazing at a place but as soon as bad service is given, it gives a nasty aftertaste all throughout the experience.
Burger was mediocre, fries soggy and flavorless, chicken flavorless.
This place is run on pure nostalgia, nothing like the good ole days to remind you how bad things were.

CLASSIC institution, their burgers are the best in The Valley, hands down. Love the aesthetics and the classic 80’s music videos playing. Reminded me of my childhood. Love it!

I grew up going to Star Lite Burgers was a favorite for great food and quick service. I was in the area so I stopped by for a cheese burger combo, I waited almost an hour for my order and my burger was cold. Did not bring it up to the staff because I didn’t want to wait again. Come to find out it’s under a new owner/management. That explains it…it’s not the same. Sad but that will be my last time there.

Its sunday morning @ 10:10 am i called to place a pick up order the lady tells me we just opened at 10 its gonna take 30 min cause we still have to turn on the fryers and get oil hot. How??? If you open at 10 you should be set up ready to start selling food. Employees should be there at 9 if thats the case open at 11. Horrible

Very disappointed I ordered a burger the meat was microwaved it was hard, cold and the buns very soggy. The drink was flat. My wife and daughter had the fried chicken. I’m sure my burger was made way before that’s why the meat was hard and breads soggy. The food was tasteless. Do Not come here. The smell is of rotten egg. I recommend the Health Department to conduct an inspection immediately.
I was excited to try this place but ended up being disappointed. The lady taking orders is rude. Bad customer service. They have some holes in the walls. The arcade games don’t work it’s just for show. The restrooms are dirty and had graffiti on the door. I went especially for the milkshakes since I saw them on the photos when I was looking into Starlight but they told us they don’t have any. I asked for water then they also said they don’t have water. So I got the raspberry tea and it tasted watered down.

Was a horrible experience ordered the fried chicken was the worst no flavor over fried came out dried not juicy. I dont recomend it at all. And for sure I wont be back I threw the whole meal in the trash super greasy fries they are soaked in oil horrible. Even tho they say they have the best chicken. Well nit with my taste buds Hard Pass. Sorry starlite but get a grip and get good cooks that are nit just waisting time, Money and having customers unsatisfied. Here's the pics you can see. Every piece just grease. And if the chicken is not fully thawed out and the fry it and still raw at the bone. Not good.
