I accidentally left my credit card there and I went into the main room to have dinner and bartender never brought my card over and I lived over an hour away. I had to go back to the next day to grab my card. I thought that was Bad service. I know it's my responsibility, but I thought I'd of, courtesy he would've brought it over“

The waitress gets our order mixed up, takes a long time to get our drinks, the food is lukewarm and tastes as if it’s been under a heat lamp a while. But you know what? It was a very enjoyable experience! The confusion and delay was a wonderful icebreaker! We laughed and forgave all. Wouldn’t have had it any other way. Ultimately, it was about the new addition to our family….“

“I love coming here with girlfriend. The rolls are the best but the two times I have had to order to go have not been great. Once right as they were open for about 30 minutes already I was put on hold for 15 minutes as I waited for someone to help. The second time being today I ordered online and when I arrived an item was missing due to being out of stock. Instead of calling and letting me know so I can replace it, they just deducted it. So I had to order the replacement there and wait another 20 minutes as the other food grew cold. Please work on this.“
