I am gonna say they are 2 employees there. One who is short lady and the other lady who's covered with tattoos? Those 2 were so disrespectful, so disgusting. I never had bad experience. Of a subway especially that I know. Spanish and they were saying a lot of nasty comments on me especially that I was working for DoorDash. I was being professionally and respectful and instead of me getting two separate orders they shove 2 orders, and one bag slammed it on the counter. The lady with the tattoo walked away and was on her phone. Said your stupid order is there me frustrated and I don't want to argue cause I'm still being professionally since I am working. I walked away, but later to call a manager to give a feedback. The lady who was short. Knew that I was gonna complain. So she hung up on me. And again, so disrespectful, so disgusting, I already reported this on DoorDash, and I'm still looking for a answer for the manager later in the future. Cuz me is one thing but I could imagine other customers who has to deal with them..

This location is horrible ,and it's not the food,it's the employees they have hired ,it's like they were trained to be rude and combative,treat everyone that walks in like bums just because there located in a bus station ,and trust me I love subway ,but I will avoid this one at all cost

The boy behind the counter was very rude... didn't seem to know what he was doin or even basic math. He charged me over 23 dollars for a combo Turkey sandwich as I was off I was like um this is not right. U changed me for 2 combos. He began to argue and say no that's how much it is... I showed him on the receipt he still argued. I told him it should be around 12$ not 23. The combo is 8.29 plus tax and a second drink. Then with an attitude he began to undo his mistake. Never apologizing or even admitting he had made it. Then he tried to give me 7$ as a refund. I tried to explain to him it should be closer to 9/10... that he had charged me 8.29 plus tax so why was he giving me 7$. He huffed and puffed talking under his breath... finally giving me 8.29$ which is still less than he originally charged me but I had to get to my bus and tryin to reason with him was goin no where! I am not sure if this is some type of scam he is Tryin to run or he just really doesn't know how to do his job and doesn't understand how money works. But either way. It was very poorly handled. Over charging, refusing to give me my full refund and being very rude with a terrible attitude. Hugo get some help, good luck to you.
This place is pathetic what’s going on in this world when you can’t get a sandwich correctly made at subway. Hire someone who can at least do basic things like line up the meats on a subway club stacked on each other so you get a little of each meat in each bite TOGETHER you know not turkey triangles on the side of ham triangles and since when does subway food their meat in tiny triangles and not in half. Hire someone who can at least make a sandwich after all that is the job description. Pathetic really what a pathetic subway. STAYAWAY!!!
