Food was great and fresh. Service was a 10/10 they greeted us with great energy. Floriza made us the BEST subs!! Loved her energy!!

I waited almost 10 mins for my curbside order. I tried calling and there was no answer. I go in and my order was on the “pick up counter” when it said curbside in big bold letters. My sandwich had gotten cold and they didn’t add my chipotle on the side.
Service is subpar. No attention to customer service. Takes too long to order. Employees rather work on other duties than take care of the line that's building up. Staff is a bit slow in prepping items as if they have all the time in the world. They are friendly and respectful but just a bit oblivious to timeliness.

I waited 5-6min before someone finally showed up to the front, just to be told “oh im closed already” there was 10min till closing, if he would of heard me come in, he could of still helped me, i walked out at 9:56pm, closing is at 10pm! Worst establishment, so much for providing good customer service.

Listened to a 30 minute podcast on the drive thru with a car ahead of my order and sandwich still wasnt done. Car in front of me got off to go inside store and see what was going on. Came out with order a minute later. I waited in car and wasnt even greeted. Never got my sandwich. Not the first time this store does this.
Hire employees who follow policy and not lazy employees who wait 30 minutes until the customer comes to follow through and complete the online order. Not busy no customers. Employee said he didn't do online order because he was waiting on the customer on purpose. Hire hard working employees and get better management that actually pay attention to the store and their staff. Your Employee didnnot do order correctly. And 3 items that I ordered your staff employee only did one item. This happened February 21, 2024 at 3:20 pm. Employee staff does not follow through instructions especially from a simple ticket. He probably doesn't know how to read

Ran out of TOMATO on 2-05-24.Ran out of pepperoni the NEXT DAY (2-06-24).Ran out of ONION also on 2-06-24.How does a SANDWICH SHOP run out of tomato, pepperoni, and onion within 2 consecutive days?! TOMATOES and ONIONS are main ingredients of a sandwich!Also, when you drop plastic cups into the "RECYCLABLE" section of the trash bin next to the entrance, if you look down into it, it just goes into the "TRASH" section. This location is advertising "RECYCLABLES", but not really doing it.
