Terrible service. I called over 30 times to fix my online order. No one answered. My order sat on the shelf for 3 hours, I no longer wanted it, they couldn’t refund me because “it was not their problem”. The workers had terrible attitudes.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE.I personally recommend to go to the Shary Rd location but we came to this one since I was coming back from STC.Me and my brother went today and ordered an online order since there was a promotion going on. Both of our sandwiches were similar except the veggies and dressings. His was everything expect Jalapeños with Mayo and Ranch and mine was with just lettuce, Spinach, black olives with Ranch and some salt and Pepper. I picked it up and my mistake was not checking in the car if the order was right. We find out at home that the employee just did the same sandwich for both of us. Just chicken, cheese, lettuce, black olives, onions and with mayo. My brother didn’t got the rest of the veggies and I dislike onions. They didn’t do our order correct and just decided to make both sandwiches the same instead.

This place is the worst location from all the subways, the short giy with tattoes always has an attitude and when we try to make it before it closes, he already has the doors locked by 9:30 even though it closes at 10pm. Its a shame that this place will soon close due to loss of profits.
Subs have gone up $$ used to be $7.00foot longs now their $12 bucks. 12.00 for a sandwich makes me think twice if I should go there or next door to RochasAnd no more breakfast subs.

Customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! The young lady that is preparing your sub gets out from the back like force to do her work. This is the second time I stop by because I work close to the area.

It says its open till 9 but when I arrived it was closed. I did notice that when I pulled in they turned off their sign as well. I was there at 8 for lunch, due to my late night shift. ? Had to now find another place to eat on short notice. How rude and unprofessional at least change the hrs of opening instead of wasting people's time of traveling.

I was greeted with an attitude i wasnt even greeted at all the ladys looked like they didnt even want to attend me the cashier threw the receit at the counter didnt even say thank walked away i mean i dont t want them to bowdown at me im nobody but a small hello or thank you at a business goes a long way makes ppl want to go back and right after me a couple of other customers showed up they were greeted fine they just need to change their attitude if you dont like youre job quit simple as that
